General Section

The General Section of Government Polytechnic, Dharmavaram, is an integral part of this institution since its inception. It is strongly committed to providing a challenging education in core subjects like Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and English. Its motto is to impart knowledge not only to face their course examinations but also stimulate them to pursue real knowledge besides fostering their Communication and Soft Skills in English. The Department strives rigorously towards shaping the students competent enough to get a job and to acquire all the essential employability skills. The Department is well established with Chemistry, Physics, and English Language Laboratories that make the learners acquire presentation skills besides gaining practical knowledge through various experiments.
